I have to say, I loved Simon from when I first met him. He does seem like a spoilt rich boy, but there is so much more to him than that, and you learn more and more about him as you read the story. It is hilarious. when you read what happens to Simon when he tries different jobs, but I did feel really sorry for him at times.
Devan is newly single, and dealing with his HIV status and also moving to a new job and with it a new home too. Devan was upset about his breakup, but he doesn't seem to dwell on things, and sees everything as a way to make his life so much better.
Theodore, was someone I wasn't sure of. I think as he seemed to appear in this book, but I am guessing he was in a previous book. He comes across as someone who knows what he wants, and how he is going to get there - but what he doesn't envisage was the feelings he would develop for Devan and later for Simon.
Devan moves into his new home, together with his best friend Olivia (who will make you laugh with her quick put downs and comebacks), and when he learns that Theo is living in his warehouse, he decides he must move into the home he has.
Add into this mix Simon (although I will say Olivia wasn't happy about this!!), who becomes homeless, and the three are all together. It was not sudden when they finally got together, it was over time. I love how it was written, you knew they were all attacted to each other, but it seemed like nobody would make the first move to begin with.
While they were trying the dynamics of the three of them being in a realtionship, there was some devastating news for one of their friends, plus Olivia was also causing concern, but the real twist in the tale was the reason behind Olivia acting like she was......
