Book 3 of the Saving Liam series
Naked Truth-Book 3 of the Saving Liam Series by D.P. Denman!
Liam has grown a lot since Saving Liam as he has a new condo, a new sense of himself but for Liam none of this feels right. Now Liam must face the life he left behind which will be his biggest hurdle to overcome yet. A little background, Liam was a gay pornstar and being used by his then boyfriend and he hated this kind of life but felt stuck. Then he meets his next door neighbour Justin who basically saved Liam's life literally and emotionally.
This is a beautifully written love story between Liam and his boyfriend Justin. Liam has come along way in his life and all the happiness that life is bringing him. Justin has received a great new work promotion and Liam is happy for him but at the same time he is worried about their relationship. At a club one night something happens that brings Liam's past crashing right into his present day.
I love the sub-characters of Blue and Brady as they really supported and helped Liam and Justin. Blue helps Liam to trust and realize that there are good people out there and the stuff that Liam and Blue have been through is quite remarkable. Brady shows Justin how to be there for Liam considering everything that happened in Liam's past and I loved the support that Liam and Justin had in Blue and Brady.
This was such a beautifully written love story by D.P. Denman that I couldn't put it down and this series has been just much fun to read. The characters that she created and developed was so brilliantly well written. I just simply loved Liam and Justin and their unconditional love that they had for each other. I highly recommend this story, Naked Truth by D.P. Denman!
He knelt on the thick area rug beside the couch and hovered over Liam for a moment earning a smile before kissing him. He let his lips deliver the words his tongue was too busy to say. Liam wrapped arms around his neck and pulled him closer. He held onto the kiss as he climbed on the couch with him and settled between Liam's legs pressing him into the leather. He reached back and caressed one where Liam wrapped it around his body.
They were long past the point where touches and positions made Liam skittish because he knew he could trust what they had together. The alignment was perfect for a good, long fuck on the couch, but they wouldn't go beyond the simulation until Liam told him to stop pretending and fuck him for real. He thrust against Liam with a slow drawn out motion and pried the hands from his neck, pushing Liam's arms over his head and caressing him from shoulders to wrists before pressing their palms together, fingers settling around each other. It was a suggestion and a reminder. Anything they did together would be different because no one had ever loved Liam that way. They hadn't loved him period.
He moved from Liam's mouth to his neck releasing his hands after the first tugged request for freedom. Arms went around him again to hold him close and Liam caressed his back.
"I love you," Liam said, his voice quiet in the silence of the condo, barely loud enough to escape their bubble of affection.
The lack of volume brought his head up and he looked into blue eyes sparkling in the midday sun. He didn't see anything troubling in them, just fatigue, but after what they'd done and the number of times they'd done it he had every reason to be tired. He traced the hint of a shadow under Liam's eye with a finger and trailed it through the stubble on his cheek.
"I love you, too."
"There's a problem, though."
"There is?" He raised eyebrows at the statement.
Liam nodded. "I can't fuck you this way."
"You want to go again?"
"Unless your ass needs a break." Liam stretched up to kiss him. "I've wanted you all week. I haven't burned it off yet. I have at least two scenes left."
"There are scenes?"
"Uh huh." Liam nodded.
"What do they look like?"
"I'll show you."
