We first meet Cas and Beau, who actually live together. They are best friends, who are room mates, but they also have a friends with benefits relationship, but it is actually more than that, but neither will say this to the other!
When Cas has to go away for a little while, he is worried about Beau, as he hates being alone. The loneliness is what drives Beau to go out, to find someone to be with for a while…. But he meets Finn. Beau and Finn seem to hit it off from when they first meet, and rather than be just for one night, it lasts longer…. Until Cas returns.
Upon his return, Cas soon realises that Beau had met someone, but he isn’t sure what to do. Beau is equally conflicted, as he does love Cas, but he knows he needs Finn in his life too. Cas wants to meet the person who has Beau all twisted up, but when Finn arrives, it seems like all bets will be off, as it turns out that Finn is the ex-boyfriend of Cas, who left his heart in tatters.
Finn does back off, saying that he is not going to be the person to come between Cas and Beau as he can see straight away that although they have not admitted to each other, they are in love. But Beau is not so easily pushed away, and in his mind his world would be complete if he could be with both Finn and Cas, but this isn’t possible…. Is it?
We are then on quite the journey as the three of them decide to try and see if they can have any sort of relationship together, but it is going to be very hard work, and are the three of them prepared to work at this sort of relationship or will it prove to be too complicated? Or will they have something that is actually Uncomplicated?....
